Any help is much needed and I will be grateful for it.

Any chance you can increase or decrease the kill move chance?

Someone was saying its in the ini files. I checked its not.
Someone else was saying its a console command. I looked it up it does not exist as far as I have seen.

So how do you change the chance for the kill moves?
