How do I learn the dragon language?

Does anybody know? (except with the dictionary the collectors edition has and such...)

SPOILER ALERT!!

You must do the quest where you defeat the dragon in Whiterun then once you have him killed talk to the Jarl, then go to the throat of the world and speak to the Greybeard, they shall teach you.

Find a Wall with Dragon writing. Kill a dragon and take its soul. Combine in Shout subsection of Magic Menu. Enjoy.

Hmm... I was kinda referring to ACTUALLY learning the dragon language... like, the words and all, what they are saying and the letters and such.
