So, in my current playthrough, I'm trying to get Cachino to show up. I got a speech check with the receptionist [28] which passed, but she absolutely won't tell me anything about Cachino and *nobody* else will talk to me -- I get no dialog. Except from Joanna, but even when she tells me about Cachino I still can't talk to anybody else in this [censored]hole.

NCR likes me, my Karma's Good... does that have anything to do with it? So far, I've installed Yes Man on 38's mainframe but nothing else. He's the only "side" I've really chosen.

Worst part is, this irritates me so much, I shot the [censored] place up and the *entire* strip hates me for it.

I must be missing something to get this [censored] quest started. Anybody know?
