Ok I got Chachino (SP?) to the point were he says we can g to the meeting to kill the bosses, but he is stuck in the corner near the elevators on the lower level and won't move. My speech was too low to convince hm to kill em so I have to do it myself but I have picked every lock in the place ( with the exception of the one that takes a 100 skill) and I can't find the bosses anywhere?

Not I have talked to Trokie-- and taken out the weapons so he split and I can't get anything out of Clanden.

Any Ideals where I can find the bosses?

Same issue, utter BS.

I got stuck at Clanden and tried everything including pickpocketing him for info. I got so frustrated that I just pulled a gun out and killed him which freed up the rest of the quest to go kill the bosses. AT least that's what worked for me.
