I'm having exactly the same problem I had with the demo.
Login -> wrong username/password/orientation/religion whatever it is it wont let me log in with THIS account.
I tried gamespy account - nothing.
I patched the game - same thing.
I'm disappointed..

Oh yes, it also doesnt save my serial...
