How to make Cyrodiil War more coordinated

Hi,

I was thinking about, how to make a better cooperation while at war in Cyrodiil and I came with such conclusion.

The most important thing at war would be guild. What I mean?

First of all we should talk about, what does "guild" means. And means a lot.

Guild society, help, advice, sharing (trade ?), guild bank, guild ranks and so on.
But does the guild is connected to the war you ask? Well, it's simple.

Guild could have levels, which would depends on their economy (guild bank and so on), amount of guild-mates and PvP points. Yes!

We could earn PvP points for a guild so the better players in the guild, the better things we could get. And the most important thing at the siege could "guild banners" which would give guild-mates certain buffs. The higher level of our guild the better buffs we get. Design of our banner would be the same like guild tabards.

And now. One person from the guild would be designate to wear that banner, and guild-mates who'll be close to it would get buffs, f.e. HP/MP boost, attack boost etc. If you'll be far from the banner or the ensign will die, you won't get that buff.

Such option would give more coordinated defense / attack and Guild Masters would have more influence in the battle (I guess they'll be a Battle Masters or maybe they'll designate someone from the guild to keep their forces at the highest condition).

What do you think? Is it a good idea?
