How to make NPCS not hate you : V

So, basically some NPCS hate me and tell me to leave everytime I go in their tavern, whats a good way to make them like me agian? There is no bribe option

Yes you need perks to bribe and do speech another bad thing of skyrim. But um let's see first this is in wrong section. Secondly try completely quests for them or idk.

Haha, reminds me of Oblivion. First time I talked to Martin, first time I EVER met him, he gave me a look worthy the anger of Satan. Haha

Honestly you are probably just covered in diseases. I hope your not married or you might need to inform your wife. That or maybe you shouldnt have butchered all those people in the next town over. Or maybe not have stolen. My best bet is disease though.
