I just talked to Orgnar in the Inn and he told me how to make a potion but he didnt give me the ingredients for it, what exactly is the recipe for this? i cant figure out how to make him say it again or how to read it up in the quest window

You get ingredients. Eat an ingredient to learn a property. Go to alchemy bench, combine two with restore health.

There is no one recipe. Any two ingredients with restore health properties will do it.

Does one need any bottles, or are they provided at the station?

I don't even think the game has empty bottles.
