I've probably played over 400 hrs over two characters, male and female. But I've probably clocked way more hours reading these forums, finding it humurous some of the things people complain about the best game ever made. It's man-made, it won't be perfect.

Over 200+ hours with at least 6 or 8 characters.

354 hours but that is also leaving paused and such. Probably actual gametime is about a solid 300 hours though.

According to Steam, 150. I've logged 55 hours on my latest character.

I'd say that number is accurate, since I don't leave my game running when I'm not playing it.

Right now at 242 hours. I'm still not done a whole bunch of quests yet, but I find I'm not as addicted over the last few weeks as before, and I'm only now playing a few times a week.

So far, on my third character.

Man I thought I was excessive with just under 80 hours played spread over three chars. It's the only game I have played since Nov!

In my defense though I have been preparing for my first baby to enter the world (1 Week!) and that's dealt a major blow to my Skyrim time! I dread to think what's going to happen to Skyrim when baby Dovahkiin enters the world :P

I'm not sure how people play less. The game world is absolutely massive and there are tons of places that are unrelated to any quests. Most of my time is spent just wondering around exploring undiscovered locations. Lot's of them have cool little side stories associated with them. It reminds me of what I really enjoyed about Fallout 3. I love all the little side stories Bethesda puts into their games that make the game world come alive. It gives purpose to going out of your way to find these locations. Well for me at least it's a big part of what I enjoy about Skyrim.

Thanks much! I'm 25, me and my wife didn't plan on having a kid till our late twenties so it came as a major surprise to us, a very happy one though! At least after I got over the :o phase.

yeah same here i love the little side stories, and the lore, like wen you come across a body with a note or journel, i missed in fallout new vegas the little backstories to locations that only bethesda does well
