How many more DLC's?

Post » Sun Nov 04, 2012 12:44 pm

Dawnguard - DLC
Hearthfire - it's more like bonus content
Solstheim - next DLC

So. How many more do you think Beth has in store? How many more would you like to get?

Hopefully at least one more Dawnguard sized add-on and a few more free content patches.

Solstheim - next DLC

Actual classification seems to be DG is Major DLC, HF minor DLC and Solstheim either Major DLC or an expansion (traditional nickname for big DLC's), depending on its scope.
DLC just means Downlaodable Content so any extra content is a DLC really... even if it adds only a ring *looks at DA*

So. How many more do you think Beth has in store? How many more would you like to get?

On-topic, Thalmor part of the story has yet to be solved so I expect we get one more DLC/expansion.

I hope so, but I am afraid Dragonborn is the last one. :ermm:
Nothing else was trademarked so far.

Fus ro dah.

Even though it would be a fairly stupid name for a DLC, it would be way better than no more content.

Since there have been a total of zero DLC packs released for PS3, I'll settle for ONE at this point.

Hopefully they'll have a few more, but after all the DLCs are out.. I'll settle for some (hopefully one day at least) player-made mod expansions. :P

As am I.

I do believe it's going to happen. Too many little details that point to it.

I imagine they`ll keep making DLC as long as it`s profitable. So I doubt Solstheim will be the last.

I thought Dawnguard wasn't THAT big of an expansion. I mean, gameplay-wise, it was kinda big, but it didnt' add the a new map area.

I was hoping for something along the lines of FO3: Point Lookout.

I was watching an https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JerGcF4puAE of Todd Howard during Dawnguard reveal, and he was talking about how popular the game was and that there goal was to keep offering content as long as people are playing and wanting the content.

So hopefully there will be some more after Dragonborn.

Besides the new Dragonborn DLC that is coming out, I hope they do at least two more Dawnguard-size DLCs.

http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1412992-orsinium-for-a-next-dlc-thread-2/page__fromsearch__1

This thread goes over the details.

Why was Orsinium moved to the Skyrim border? Why has Bethesda given us further insight into Orc culture? The wise woman of Dushnikh Yal and the Code of Malacath both claim that Skyrim was home to Orcs long before Nords ever sat foot in Tamriel. Most of all, why did the developers give Malacath a set of unusually high stats? According to the game's files, he's set to level 100 with +1200 health. WAY higher than the other Princes. We don't get to meet him in-game, so why does he have combat-ready stats?

I think Bethesda has plans for an Orsinium/Ashpit expac...

I like your argumentation, though for me this is the weakest argument. Could just be some kind of weird gameplay mechanic.

But the only Prince whose stats are even comparable is Sheogorath at level 50. All other Princes who even have stats are only listed as level 1 with pathetic amounts of health, magicka and stamina. I believe the only NPC whose stats are higher than Malacath's is Arngeir.

It's odd. I think it's a hint.

I'm hoping the same number as Fallout 3 and relatively the same size.

Stros M'Kai would be pretty awesome, because its not that big of an island and its still well populated. I wanna go somewhere that we havent been in a while.
