None.
What are you going to do once you 'acquire' enough notifications?
Have fun.
What the hell is this? I clicked the link but only saw a number of 40...WTF, EF?
look beside the logout button at the top of the screen
I have 0. Because I read them as they come in...not that anyone ever sends me PM's anyway. I have no friends.
I have none that are unread. Total, Including notifications for pm's, I have 6 pages worth. At 50 per page (I think)...I need to clean this mess up. Some of them date back to May 2011.
EDIT: Oops, make that January 2011.
these things show up anytime some one post in a topic you make or replies to a comment you make via quote private message = the letter icon
Jeez, 20 pages. Either I am doing something right, or I really know how to rub people up the wrong way.
Wait, what? There is something other than PM's?
EDIT
WOW!! I never knew that was there...nor what it did. I currently have it turned off. I think I'll leave it that way.
I have 450 that I should delete soon...
Useless. I have disabled them, so none. The few I acquire for the rare PMs I get, I remove.
wait it can be turned off ? how do cuz its kinda annoying i keep thinking its PM's when i wake up
Go to your profile, edit profile then click the "Notification Options" on the left. Set what you want to receive.
I always thought that was for warnings and rule related stuff. The bell image makes it seem more like it was. I have the notifications turned off for most every option. It does have a warnings notification option, so I guess I was half correct.
If there's about 45 per page and I have 27.
I don't think I've had more than five unchecked notifications before. I like to stay on top of them.
+1 to notifications for each of you. I couldn't be clever and quote everyone who has it enabled due to forum limitations.
Also, I have 3 pages. Not bad considering I've only been "back" for a month or so.
I've never had any. I use email notification for those. The only thing that shows up there for me are PMs, and I think the biggest backlog I ever had was 3.
