I don't know the month or day, but I'm pretty positive it's 4E 201.

On my very first character- it was year 205, don't remember exact date. I deleted him eventually. 400 hours, I didn't like how his perks were set up.

On my best character so far its year 202.

I'm almost into 205 on one of my characters, just about 4 months left. I attribute this to using the wait function alot.

Aye. I tend to make new characters pretty soon. I recently removed all my many characters and started two new ones which I intend to be my main characters which I will play them until everything I can think of is done (except joining all guilds - my personal rule is to join only one per character, max two)
