There was already a topic about this.

3,000 minimum

10,000 Max. for a plot

Way higher for the house itself

If you join the Companions that's the Fastest way. Or Db (300 to 500 Gold) If you have a minute Loading screen i would just go Companions, Go to house, Kill, Come back

I have way faster ways than that, I am level 81, max speech skills to increase vendor money, get better prices and they will buy any item I sell them, kill draugr that drop ebony weapons, 1500-2500 depending on what ones they drop. Easy money. I can go visit Whiterun, go to Adrianne, then her husband, then the guy from the drunken huntsman, then belathor, then the alchemy chick and make like 8000 probably in a good dungeon run.

Once db main questline is finished the side quests can rake in aroun 1000+gold per trip, and they are a lot simpler than the ones during the questline.

Whiterun is a poor place. I would advise going to Solitude or Windhelm

BTW where did you get these figures from? Was it a Gstaff member? If so did they say which plot would cost which?

It's a really good guess. i honestly don't know. But 3,000 and 10,000 Area would be reasonable.

I also have 100,000 Septims.

How in the world do you get almost a million Septims like that guy in the trailer :stare: (Took me almost a year to get 100,000 Septims)

unless you are being sarcastic, its basically the central trading area in the game. Every store is all in the same area.

Adrianne (the blacksmith) right next to the gate, her husband, in the shop, so thats 2 blacksmiths, the drunken huntsman across the street, belthors general shop just down the street past breezehome, the cauldren place next to belathors.then you can go past jorvaskr and go to earland greymane for a 3rd blacksmith in the city to sell to.

Solitude, they have the clothing store, then a general goods store, , the alchemy store then 1 blacksmith and an archery store. what else is there?

Windhelm you have 1 blacksmith, the alchemy store near there, have to go all the way over to the grey quarter for general goods.

I think it'll be the same, regardless of hold. My guess would be 5000 septims for the land, plus you pay for development.

It's also possible that if you are made thane of a hold, you can ask for the land and receive it at no charge.

Oh yeah, Forgot about those Places.

Anyway, 5,000 Is the most Reasonable Price, But anything over 10,000 For a plot of land is just Ridiculous

I would imagine that the plots themselves may have the same price but building on each will cost differently.

Same I can't understand these post about having to much money in the game, I got it on release and just got to 100,000. I guess I don't sell things as much as I should

I'd say as long as its enough for those 2 million Gold players to have enough of a money sink, from paying the stewards, buying the upgrades/homes/properties/amenities.

I like going to the College too. Almost everyone there will sell to you.

Easy to unload a lot of things up there.

Does the merchant in Riverwood still have that glitch where once you take both of the perks that increase vendor money, his money on hand jumps to 10,000 instead of 1000?
