There is a bug that affects the adoption of children, not being able to buy their room. a way to prevent this:
1 - make a save master, if a problem occurs.

2 - quit the game, and turn off all mods (not just the mod breezhome that causes the problem, is there any more, probably those who create new homes), remember that the mods of houses, everything must be removed there inside them, or lost everything.

3-go in town who want to adopt, and buy your child's room with the seller.

4 - adopt the child, and go home with her.

5 - when she's at home, and thank you, save again.

6 - load all the mods that were turn off, and a load again at the last save.
