So most Kinect users that play Skyrim know about quicksave. To easily raise pickpocketing, crouch behind someone, say quicksave, and take from them. If you're caught, say quickload (may take a few tries) and keep going from there.

I recommend you wear something that makes pickpocketing easier (thieves guild armor, deft hands enchant, ect.)

I went from about 25 pickpocket to 60 by doing this to everyone in whiterun.

Pickpocketing raises extremely fast anyway, although the kinect can make sure you don't get caught you can normally have two attempts at something before things go bad.
Pickpocketing is normally one of my first skills to hit 100 with any stealth character, even if its not something i intend to put perks in
