How to start a game session without players?

Post » Sun Jan 05, 2014 4:49 am

Im looking to record/study the multiplayer maps -its design-.. without players..
Since you cannot load the levels in the sandbox editor.. i was hoping to join/start session in empty servers.. but they don't allow see any level in color until more players join.. and not interesting in playing.. just recording its design at max graphics settings.

Is there an *easy way* to enter/join multiplayer maps in crysis3 empty servers?
perhaps an observer mode might work ..or a console command.. any ideas?

Thanks..

When you join an empty server, to make the grey colors disappear, type the following command into the console, which you access in-game by pressing ~ or ` and type the following command it:
r_colorgrading 0
this will get rid of the greyscale color, but wont take off the Pre Match waiting for players message
another way is to just join an unranked server with no player limit

Nice.. that worked quite well.. specially the unranked thing.. could even play alone a capture the flag like game.. but unfortunately no unranked servers with the Lost Paradise DLC..the colorgrading also works but have the Huge words in the middle of screens [Waiting Players].. blocking your view....

Is there a command to promote changing maps in the server from console?

~thanks for the help
