How do the new summons compare to the Dremora Lord and the S : V

The ash creatures seemed decently strong when i fought them and they have a ranged fireball attack so at a minimum it offers you a stronger ranged fire attack than the flame atronoch. I haven't summoned I have only fought them so I am not sure how the summon is compared to the ones you fight.
