final fantasy has a good system called buying crysta.... you pay for it and it only depletes as you play the game.
i can log on to the server right now and its been like 6 months since ive played and i can just play to my hearts content. i think this is by far waaay better than making us pay by the month. it saves the customer his precious money. Again im only talking about the small things that make or break a game. Cause i honestly have never played faithfully an mmo which charges by the month.

no current payment plan established. (there will be one, it just hasnt been established yet)

Would be a nice system. When i buy a month and spend 2 weeks in holiday I wouldn't lose my time.

That honestly doesn't sound horrible. I'm a pretty big fan of p2p but if they could do this and still not have microtransactions/cash shop im down.

I feel the same way, but if they charge you just for the time you actually play instead of just making you pay for the full month I wouldn't mind paying them for it.
