How do I move (transfer) a book I am carrying into the empty bookcases in my house? I have no problem moveing weapons into the cases or blank display shields; however, anything else....food items, hides, ore, crystals, books, etc. I am unable to do. I do have one of the updates houses that I really love...but I can only display weapons or clothing.

Walk over to the bookcase and move around your view until you have an activate bookcase option (X on the PS3). It should open your inventory. Scroll down to books and select which books you want to put into the bookcase and press the corresponding button to place them in the bookcase (I think it's square on PS3).
