How to use FalloutNV 4GB Launcher with Skyrim

Edit: Someone already beat me to re-compiling it -- http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1284360-concerning-the-small-patch-through-steam-today/page__view__findpost__p__19388645

This is a stop-gap fix until someone re compiles the Fallout New Vegas 4GB Launcher for Skyrim. The source code for the launcher is provided in its download, so it shouldn't be too long. The launcher appears to be compatible with Skyrim by following these steps:

1) Download the Fallout New Vegas 4GB Launcher and place it in Skyrim's directory.

2) For Windows Vista / 7, open up a command prompt with Administrator-level privileges, then navigate to Skyrim's directory using the "cd" command. Then type in: "mklink FalloutNV.exe TESV.exe" (without quotes).

3) Add the Fallout New Vegas launcher to Steam (or, if you're on Retail, make a batch file)

4) In the Launch Parameters of the entry you just added, put in "72850" (without quotes)

And you're done. No idea if this effects anything, like achievements, yet, or how the other mods that the fnv_helper.dll plugin does like change GetTickCount(). 90% sure it's safe, as I was getting achievements fine with the LBA-aware mod by LAA.

Edit: In case you don't how to add a parameter to Non-Steam games launched through Steam, all you do is just add the parameter 72850 at the end of the TARGET field, OUTSIDE the quotes.

Note that if you use something like forcing V-Sync on in your drivers or D3DOverrrider, this may disable your added tweaks because it thinks the executable it's launching is FalloutNV.exe.
