Is there a console command to display the current patch level? Also, how can I tell if Steam has applied the latest patches or not. I dug around in Steam but did not find any indication of what patches were applied. The automatic patch feature thing is on, but I don't recall seeing Steam do anything. I do not leave my PC on when I am not in front of it.

I'm particularly interested in the fix for weapon mods for the weathered 10mm (graphics glitch).
