I think that you should upgrade your processor to a Quad Core @ 2.4GHz or better.

Other than that, everything else should handle Crysis 2 just fine.

If you've got a Core 2 Quad, whichever one it is fine, it'll run. And if you're willing to sacrifice resolution and eye candy even a lowly Geforce 9600GT can run Crysis.
And if it runs Crysis, it runs Crysis 2, Crytek's said so.

The MAX settings is what I'm wondering....I wanna max out the game as soon as I get it....but since it's going to console I doubt Crytek made the specs worse than the first...in fact, I'm unsure if they will be able to pull this off...only time will tell.

Nano, how can you live on a system like that? You must get like 30fps on lowest settings! :D

Yeah, kind of like my 8600 laptop :) It barely makes it on low graphics.

That rig above should probably run Crysis 2 pretty well.

Supposedly if you can play Crysis 1 you can handle Crysis 2. Just upgrade your processor to a quad and you should be just fine.

can i run[/quote] Where almost alike, However I run with these on Crysis High settings. AMD iiX4 630, 6gb ram and GTX 465.

That rig still beats mine in terms of L3 cache!! Nice rig, a bit pricy though huh?

I think that if it runs on a console, and your system is more powerful than one, then you should be ok to at least run it on normal settings, considering you have to run an OS as well.

Can my pc run crysis 2?

Intel? Core? i5 520UM (3M Cache, 1.066 GHZ with 1.866 GHz Max Turbo Frequency) - Overclockable

4GB Dual Channel DDR3 at 800MHz

320GB SATAII 7,200RPM

1GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 335M

By the way it's a laptop

Ya, i have a laptop similar to yours, but i have a slightly better processor (i5 2.3 -2.5ghz on turbo) and a little more hdd space (although mines only 5000rpm or somit) and i can run it fine on high settings if other programs are closed.
