How will guilds work?

I have a few questions about guilds and other ES related stuff that I wanted to know.

My first question is, is how will the guilds work? I'm not talking about player-owned guilds I'm talking about the NPC guild's seen in past ES titles such as the Fighters Guild, Mages, DBH, etc. Since there are three factions will there be three guilds total split between each territory or province? What I mostly want to know is how the Dark Brotherhood will work. Since it is basically a continent wide organization, and there are three different areas in war, will there be a guild in each province (like one in High Rock then another in Hammerfell) specifically for assassinations in that area or will there be different "branches" such as the Ebonheart works on assassinations in their territory, AD in theirs, and DC in their territory? Kind of like working together for the good of the Darkbrotherhood no matter the circumstances of the war.

My second question is not about guilds, but exploration and/or RP'ing. One thing I love doing in ES games is just casually walking through city's, slowly coming to a stop when I see something of interest, and basically look like a normal human who doesn't run everywhere 24/7. I havn't played many MMO's that allow you to have full control on your speed which I think is a pretty nifty feature. Anyways, getting to my point, I'd like to see that be in TESO, but I'm not sure how it was handled in previous ES for the PC becaue I played them on my Xbox, so I wouldn't really know if that was possible with a keyboard.

IMO, the small things make a game. Which is why I love the ES series. Anyways, what are your thoughts on this stuff?

I will ask for a lock on my thread as its basically the same thing. I am also at a loss as to how they intend to 'make this fit in'. So we will see 3 Dark Brotherhoods, with 3 seperate leaders and no communication or association with each of them? Interesting. They seem to have created more trouble than its worth just to squeeze Faction locks into the game in my opinion.
