Just stay awake - don't go to bed. Man needs only 4-5 hours sleep every night so it should not be hard. I usually go to sleep between 2-3 am and wake up at 6-7 am when my children are waking up too. And I don't use anykind of extra help to keep myself going... Well someone can say coffee is a way to keep yourself going, but I don't use it so much than it can be count - only 1-2 litras in a day.
