How to work with BSA files? What and how i must pack?

I absolutely can't understand how this works. And i did not find any normal information about BSA archives.
Ok, I have model of activator and nimation. How should i pack it?! I put it into data\meshes\*name of my mod* and created an archive using Archive.exe. All was ok, but now animation of this activator do not work. I did not change archive. Did not do anything special... I absolutely do not understand how game opens BSA files and how it uses my models. Can someone describe or give a link with normal description?

Main question: where i should place my files to pack them?

And what to do with scripts? I need to pack them too, right? How? Where to place them and how to pack?!
