How would you guys adjust the difficulty of the game?

I have a level 40 Dunmer Battlemage. His name is Nadvil Garendu and he has a playstyle like...Almalexia/Vivec.I've played on Master since Morrowind and I don't feel like changing it.Now what I'm wondering is how would you guys adjust the difficulty.Make enemies block and power attack more often.Use potions when they're down.Draw back and use bows while their magicka regenerates.Dual-cast spells into more powerful versions?Use more complicated shouts(example:Become Ethereal used by a Draugr Deathlord so he can regenerate his health better?), make them use traps?Cast fire spells on an undead, and shock spells on a mage, instead of the usual frost?Because it's mostly a hack-and-slash experience without mods.Dynamic Difficulty for me fixes this issue(even though it reduces the damage I do to 0.4 of its original value and increases theirs to 3) and with some mods to make AI smarter, but it still feels...colourless.Combat is basically spamming attacks. So I'm wondering how the BRILLIANT people at Bethesda's forums would modify the difficulty of combat without making your damage puny and theirs godlike?
