So I'm trying to finish up this quest, but it's not letting me. I lead Thorald Gray-Mane
right outside the Northwatch Keep as what my map was telling me. I did kill off the Thalmor (Was that my mistake?!??!?!). I lead the man right near the arrow but it's not doing anything. It won't let me complete the quest. Note: I tried using the load save game method, but it doesn't seem to work.

I played this quest during night times and right after I exited the keep he wasn't there so I pressed t key to go from between 5 ot 6 AM, and he came to.

Edited... I've made the mistake of putting in the wrong name. I corrected it with the proper name.

I've not had a problem with that quest at all. But I never take Avul with me (I REALLY hate having "followers, companions, assorted idiots" along). I go kill all the Thalmor in Northwatch, lead Thorald out, get the message for ma, and go on my merry way....

Gotta love offing an ENTIRE KEEP worth of Thalmor.

Did you exit out of the correct door? You have to exit out of the back door of the keep, not the front.

I've always lead him out the way I went in - the front way. Never had a problem.

Hmm, the wiki said it had to be the back, guess it's wrong.

*shrug* The wiki is info posted by normal people.... Now, that said, and my own experience notwithstanding, Raizen Sama should try reloading and going out the back door to see if that helps. Might fix it so she can just get ON with it, we can hope!
