How do you deal with heartbreak?

Post » Wed Jun 29, 2016 11:15 am

I'll avoid being too specific, but basically this girl who I liked more than anyone I've ever liked before really hurt me last night. I lost my voice from yelling in the car as I drove home and I almost didn't care if I crashed and died. It hurts a lot.

I think I've relaxed slightly since then, but I still feel terrible.

Anyone else have experiences like this?

Just recently felt this way. I usually take a nice, hot shower. Then I play the piano.

Usually, it's best to match your emotions with something safe around you.

Sadness: Blues, sad music.

Anger: heat, passionate music.

etc.

Let it out! :P But safely. And don't do it forever. You've got to let go eventually. That's the goal.

Listen to some metal, pound my punching bag till my knuckles sting and go on a crazed killing spree on a video game.
