im stuck and cant find a way to ustengrav, im at dragon bridge and the directions i got was go east but i end up at a place called solitude, can someone help please

It is North-East of Morthal, travel to there first.

Are you finding it on your self.... or are you doing the main quest.
If doing the MQ.. Make the quest active and just follow the marker.
(how you got directed towards Solitude and Dragon Bridge is beyond me..) Like the previous poster said :

You mean you cant find the location... or you cant find the way in while being in the depths where you first have to kill the NPC's?

If you cant find the location,... then wont marking this quest in your log... give you the location? The Quest is "The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller". Mark that in your log.

The location should be in the triangle Solitude-Morthal-Dawnstar. It should be somewhere on the right and a bit northern edge of the swamp, towards the line between Solitude and Dawnstar, I believe.

Open your quests journal "J" and turn off all your active quests except the Horn of Jugen. then open the map and look for the only quest marker arrow there. you can set a custom Target marker on the location of Ustengrav and re-activate your other quests again.
Now you can follow your Blue custom target and reach your destination.

Hint: all non main quests will be inactive by default. you have to make them active in quest journal manually.
