1. The game is completely new to me and i don't know: How do you give something to someone?

When you're completing a quest that requires you to get something and you get the item, you'll have some dialogue options to hand it to someone. Otherwise you can't just give people stuff.

What exactly you're trying to give away and to who? Cause generally you can't, and the few times you give something to someone, it happens thru dialogue choices or automatically.
