How do you make a new game or replay missions with your curr : Othor Games

I want to play through the game again with all my abilities that I've unlocked so far, but I don't see an option to do so. Can you? If so, how?

Nope. I'll be writing up a simulated NGP guide, but there is nothing that lets you jump into the first assassination mission onwards with everything intact

Only way I know of is with cheat engine.

I was kinda disappointed because I was hoping to go back to find some ruins I may have missed so I could unlock a few more powers.

I HAVE experienced it new, I played through the whole game already thoroughly. I just want to get into those hidden spots and things in the previous missions without being restricted. There's obviously many ways to approach a mission objective but I feel its too limited in the early missions to whatever you decide to unlock.
