I have a screenshot I would like to upload, I have no idea to upload it correctly, I'm trying to put it in a post to show a bug that is happening in my save.

I see the tab that says My Media, but since I don't have any uploaded, I have nothing to choose from, I need to know how to upload attachments so that I can have media to access

Go to http://www.imgur.com, upload your picture and grab the URL for it.

Posting images (apart from avatars) is disabled on all the forums here. As Erginho says, you can only post a link to the image hosted elsewhere.
