How in the fudge am i suppose to sell items? I don't see no "sell menus" on the chit chat box, I also need a cheap house to store all of my items that i've collected so far.

You sell items by finding a merchant. You can sell most things to general merchants for a decent price or find ones that trade specifically in the type of items you want to sell.

Usually the chat line to open the shop is "what do you have to sell?" or something along that line..

Find a merchant, then select "What do you have for sale?" or something like that. Then, in the menu on the right, where it says the NPC's name and categories of his items, scroll down to your character name, and it will display your items. Selecting one with sell it. Hope that wasn't too confusing. :/
