But it doesnt take my key. I cant click on "absenden" button after I press my key. Please help!!!

my key is something like this: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX 12 letters and numbers only!!??

please help!?? I bought this box in Germany, I contact EA Germany but they said I should contact gamesas.com

Ich hab genau das selbe Problem wenn ich meinen preorder Code eingebe erscheint
ein dikees rotes X und der Button absenden funktioniert nicht.

Kann man irgendwo ander den Code einl?sen?
