This has always been a concern of mine, tho in other games I could readily move things to compensate. My concern is that, I have to look down for my mana/health, center of my screen for my character, and the left of my screen for my teams health. This results in my eyes darting from one thing to the next in combat, I prefer everything to be centered on my screen as is my character.

Please make party frames MOVEABLE at launch!

If they don't make them moveable themselves, there should be an addon at launch that will provide that function for you.

Though I do agree, being able to scale and move ui/HUD elements should be standard.

Seriously though, I love the systems of STO and LOTRO where you can move everything around and put things were you want. So you have the all the important stuff in one place on the screen and all the misc stuff in another corner etc

Pretty sure you'll either be able to move them around or add ons for this will be available.

I doubt changing your HUD will be available in game. However....mods

I'm pretty sure there will be a mod to fix this, but I agree that in particular putting your health so far away from your teammates' is a surprisingly bad decision (healers are blamed often enough for group failures, please don't make their job harder!).
