what if after you find your land and build your house and spend lots of coin to get your house in the style you like here comes a dragon spawning and landing and set your home a blaze, do the Jarls have a fire dept. to put out the fire? or do they offer some type of home owner insurance to reimburse for damages.Another problem what if you don't like the npc that you married and want a divorce will you ex significant other get the kids and the house?lol

Dragons dont really seem that interested in buildings (other than landing on them) they seem more interested in the people that live in them

There's no fire department, the houses don't get destroyed, and divorces in Skyrim are punishable by death. (By divorce I mean murder, by the way, because there are also no divorces.)
