I have made a khajiit actor (aka NPC) but I have a few questions:

In the outfit, how do I edit it?
How do I make the npc travel place to place? like one hunter camp to another hunter camp?
How do I set up a shop owner? since she is a hunter, she need to sale the items as a human hunter does but I need to use the khajiit store voice set for her

An outfit is an object (Under items). The Outfit Object lets you select pieces of clothing to make up the outfit

Travelling is packages (it's quite involved) - This will get you started: http://www.creationkit.com/Packages

And the Bendo quest does show you how to do some of what you want ... Quests are used for everything. If you do all of the tutorial, you will have learned a lot.

I highy recommend the quest tutorial, you will soon understand how much of the game relies on the use of "quests". That tutorial will lead you through basic NPC creation, attaching an AI package to your NPC, and how to give your character some dialogue.

It's overwhelming at first, but taking it step by step will lead to a much higher chance of success,

When I changed my khajiit (fur and eye colors, face details, name, etc), will CK auto update the NPC in the cell (it has the same tagID name as the new version) or do I have to remove that one from the cell and place the updated version to it?

No, if you already placed it (called a REFERENCE) in the cell, then the reference will update when you update the Character NPC

And no worries on the questions, we all have them

does the loading of the plugin makes a difference how I start the game? Skyrim SKSE or via the steam default loader?
