I know the Dark Brotherhood will be the fourth guild one can join besides Companions, Mages and Thieves. What I would like to do with my character is to hunt down those sons of sneaking dogs and wipe them from the face of Skyrim. I also found some info already about how the Dark Brotherhood can be found and what quests one has to do to probably finally be able to join them. Is something like attacking and killing NPCs of guilds usually possible in Elder Scrolls games? Maybe also after having joined that guild even only to infiltrate them?

Would be great if I could go down that road with my 'Nord warrior with a vengeance'. Taking on a whole guild and make them your sworn enemies sounds like a good time to fill your days before starting the dragonborn destiny route.

Probably impossible, since they will have essential quest NPC's in them. Probably need a mod.

Ah, I see. Well, I'd be fine with just sending 99% of them to the void. The 'essential' ones can live to tell of the horrors they have witnessed.
