I should feel cold. It would be nice to have a hardcoe system like New Vegas had in a fitting method for skyrim. I believe after you reach a certain altitude or swim in ice water your character should need to heat himself/herself up. Now I'm sure you guys have better ideas than I do, so what do you guys think?
