This happened to me for about half the time i played... Soo gay, i figured out how to fix the bug, go in third person and dont move eventually the cam auto pans and fixes it

Happened to me too. I reloaded an earlier save (before I got hit by the spike) and it fix'd it.

Get hit by an arrow and it disappears. Annoying bug, I had it twice already, simply waiting doesn't fix it.

I have had the ice and arrows both happen, getting shot again later (by the same thing) has fixed it every time.

some have also said un- and re-equipping armor fixes it.
