For a while I've been getting a sound bug every time Serana uses the Ice Spike spell. The crackling noise you get when the spell is active remains even after she has deactivated it. I found that disabling and then re-enabling her fixes it, but only until she does it again. This is pretty annoying to have to do after every single fight.

I searched on the forum and found a fix someone did, they said to PM for it but their account hasn't been active since January 2012, so won't get any joy there. Apparently the same thing happens with the sword Chillrend, there is a fix for it on Nexus which supposedly also fixes the ice spike thing, but it hasn't for me. I've got the Unofficial Patch up to date and all that... does anyone know of a fix? It's a right pain in the [censored]!
