hi, i was playing skyrim and an ice atronach shot an ice spike at me and it went into my butt. now it won't go away.

at first it was just a small ice spike

then i reloaded my save and it seemed to grow in size

i've tried everything. i took off all my clothes, i slept, i fast-traveled, i killed myself, and it's still there, help!

i had a similar encounter, what usually works is getting into another fight. I think its something to do with animation programming.

but anyway, once i found some bandits, i started fighting, and afterwards it faded naturally, and never reappeared. - that has also happened to Lydia, and was fixed with the same solution.
