I got a problem. An ice spike hit my character in the left shoulder and is stuck there. Tried already to reload, unequip an wait for 24h ... nothings seems to help. Any ideas? It's kinda annoying.
Samething happened to me. I couldn't get rid of it so I went back to an earlier save file. So far it hasn't happened again but I always get nervous when an enemy cast that spell.
1. Remove the piece of armour it is associated with.
2. If 1. doesn't work then go sleep in a bed. Whenever you have arrows sticking out of your body, you probably have blood on your weapon too. All that means is that you have not rested recently and you need to. People will usually say you look ill which is a sign that you have been in combat. So go find a bed and rest and the arrows/ice should be gone! Message me if that doesn't work.
Doesn't work. I already unequiped all my armor/weapons (playing a mage) including rings etc. ... waited for 24h, nothing ... dropped all items, waited for 24h, nothing ... rest in bed for 24h, nothing ...
Update: problem solved. What I did: 1. unequiped every piece of weapons and armor 2. slept for 24h in my bed -> ice spike was still there 3. put all armor and weapons in a chest 4. slept for another 2h in my bed -> spike is gone
I don't know if it was just a coincidence, but it actually helped (this time).

Are you aware of the in game time since the ice bolt was stuck in your toon? Was it close to an in game week or longer?
I haven't confirmed this myself, but I've also read that you can eliminate any form of graphical glitches related to projectiles being stuck in your character after you gain the ability to
This happened after I found the "cure" (remained a werewolf for now). Concerning the duration, I am not sure. Usually, I do not rest or sleep for a long time, so it was basically around 4h real-time.
