I think Ive done every quest with them (I opted out of the gun-runner portion though) and my status is stuck at liked. Are there any questlines there other than Alice's and that guy you meet in Goodspring's gas station?

There is no Crimson Caravan reputation, they are using the one with NCR, cause they are friends.
Do jobs for NCR and Crimson will change too.
