So I am level 90 and i guess you can fill in the rest I have asked Drevis at the college if there is anything else I can learn and he doesn't say anything diffferent. I thought at first it had to do with the fact I was doing another ritual spell quest but I just finished that one and I still can't seem to get it to start.... Please don't tell me this is bugged, and even the patch I just downloaded wont do anything!?

I wasn't able to start the Destruction Ritual quest until my ability was at 100.

Same here, wasn't able to start the magic school ritual quests until I hit 100 skill. I think uesp.net had a note that if you ever bought a spell tome from the quest giver, you would need 100 skill to start the ritual quests instead of 90. I've done 3 of the 5 ritual quests, and each time it wasn't available until I had 100 skill.

yeah I read that after I posted this. I am hoping that is what happens with me. I also heard that it can not start at all.
