I keep running into dragons who cannot die randomly when fast traveling and they seems to always be stuck in the ground waste up

I had one in Winterhold do that after we killed it.

It eventually wiggled down and fell into the ocean below.

At one point The black dragon you see over head at times will get stuck into the ground as well and the only way to fix that is to run away and wait inside a building and leave and he will fix himself as that dragon cannot be killed do to being scripted not too so that is annoying as well.
