Imp's More Complex Needs suddenly stopped working?

Hello,

I posted about this in the IMCN thread and my other thread about my freezing problem, but considering that my freezing problem is virtually solved and I don't know how many people check the IMCN thread, I decided to start my own. So the thing is that, randomly, Imp's More Complex Needs stopped working. It gives me the messages that I'm hungry/thirsty, but when I go into my inventory to eat, 90% of the food/drinks don't bring up the eat/drink menu. I don't have the quick eat option enabled, and some foods work, but the majority of them can be eaten with no effect (I can eat 20 loaves of bread without anything happening). I moved the .esp from IMCN to the bottom of my load order and it still happens. I tried reloading old saves and it still didn't work. I started a new game and it didn't work. I then tried to load no mods except for the ones I had installed at an even older save and it still didn't work. I tried rebuilding food lists and uninstalling and reinstalling IMCN, and it still didn't work. So then I went through my load order and went one by one, trying to see which one caused IMCN to stop working. I found out that it was the main .esp from Skyrim Redone. This is completely baffling to me, since I had been using them both together this whole time with no problems (I'm level 14 now). It also doesn't make sense why this would happen so randomly and ruin it for *all* of my saves.

Any help on this strange problem will be greatly welcome.
Thank you.

Do you have any mods that add new foods, recipes, or edible objects?

I see this when there is a mod conflict in my own mod list and it's annoying to run it down, given that a lot of mods like to include minor "easter eggs" that have nothing to do with the mod.

You need to ensure that any mod that adds food items has an appropriate IMCN patch and it's installed correctly. Otherwise, it's just not going to work.

Unfortunately, IMCN has no support and isn't being developed anymore (to my knowledge) so it's eventually going to go the way of the woolly mammoth when Skyrim's patches out-pace it and eventually break something. I believe that Chesko, the author of Frostfall, is making a suitable replacement but I don't know if that's out yet.
