Imperial city - unique district question

I'm planning to use imperial city unique districts.

Mod here:

I've got to ask a few things if you don't mind:

1) SHould I clean it via tesedit?

2) Inside the optional files there is "ImpeREAL City - Unique Districts - All the Districts Visible From Cyrodiil". I was wondering if such .esp is needed if I'm planning to use RAEVWD. I guess not?

3) Does anyone know what's the difference between the original and tweaked .esp inside the optional archive named "ImpeREAL City Unique Districts - Imperial Palace Tower Lights"?

I don't know... have you tried? Do BOSS or LOOT report anything?

In the readme it says that and have to be installed for it to work, but from what I know about those, the meshes are poorly optimized and can be extremely heavy on your frame rate. You'll probably better off with RAEVWD and its Imperial City plugin, I doubt the changes done by ImpeREAL City are noticeable, if they are incorporated in the "Visible from Cyrodiil" plugin at all. You won't have illuminated windows, though, I think.

In the folder of the modified version there is a readme and if you scroll down you will find a part that explains it. Basically, it adds a few more lights to the tower.
