It's a really boring trick to do but work for me...really well...

ex: Press 'e' to enter a location...when you'll see the auto-save and loading screen start to pop... Press alt-tab as soon you see that...or ctrl+alt+del...to go to u'r desktop... the will be mark as...not responding...and then the miracle happen...the game load and you can continue all u'r quest

try it...might work...cause work really well for me
