uh... i guess its kind of an understatement. It uses up a lot of rare items but it doesn't seem that different. It looks identical to the pauldron armor variant.

Should have better stats though, right? Probably not enough to make it worthwhile...

Yeah, that's one thing I wish gamesas would fix.

"Unique" or "better" items than standard armor/weapons should at the very least, have differences in texture, if not a new mesh alltogther. Y'know... something to say "This is better than the standard stuff!"

I can understand enchated armor and weapons sharing the same mesh... but something like Elven Gilded Armor? Only thing different from normal Elven Armor is the name and the AR rating.
